Our salon policies ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients.
CANCELLATION
Your appointments are very important to The Head Shop, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-hour notice for cancellations. You may cancel by calling the salon and speaking with our front desk staff or leave a voicemail. If email works better for you, email us @zpheadshop@gmail.com
The Salon will send confirmation texts to those opted in 2-3 days prior to your appointment.Please note: Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation.*Confirmation text system is automated and not an open text line*
NO SHOW AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS:
A last-minute cancellation refers to any cancellation made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. The first two last-minute cancellations are considered mishaps. After the second last-minute cancellation, we ask for a 50% deposit for future bookings. No shows require a 50% deposit to book future appointments after the first time.
NEW COLOR + CORRECTIVE COLOR GUESTS:
We ask that you book a complimentary consultation.
- Services over $150 require a deposit that will be used toward your booked service
- Services reserved 4+ hours have a 7
- day cancellation policy
- Deposits are non-refundable when the appointment is missed, or the appointment is canceled without required notice
CORRECTIONS:
We want our clients to be satisfied with the services they receive. If you are ever dissatisfied, please let us know within 7 days of your original appointment by contacting our front desk. We value your patronage and feedback!

In the event of a correction, we are happy to help you schedule a complimentary appointment with your original stylist or another stylist at the same experience level at no charge. If you would prefer to see a more experienced stylist, you will be responsible for paying the price difference between those stylists’ services.

For color services, the result is best evaluated on fully dried styled hair. If you elect to leave the salon before the styling is completed or if you decline any part of your service (e.g. toning) you relinquish your right to a correction for this color service.
WAITLIST:
Sometimes our books fill up quickly. If you hope to come in earlier than your next scheduled appointment, we encourage you to join our waitlist!

To be added to the waitlist, please contact our front desk. As openings become available, our front desk staff will contact folks on the waitlist and offer openings on a first-come-first-serve basis.
